The first event of the series will take place online on 27 November 2025, focusing on Leadership Divided – Why belonging drives better decisions.
This session will reflect on the state of diversity and belonging across public appointments and public sector leadership, examining where meaningful progress has been made and where structural inertia still constraints change. Moving beyond representation targets, the conversation will focus on how diversity translates into governance strength, policy innovation, and system performance.
