As senior executive staff consider the next stage of their career, many think about using their considerable experience in a non-executive capacity. But where to start? We will hear from a range of panellists who have successfully managed the transition and are willing to share valuable, practical insights:
- Richard Foster CBE, former Chief Executive of the Crown Prosecution Service and former chair of the Criminal Cases Review.
- Monisha Shah, has extensive senior level management and Board experience in the Creative Industries working with both public and private sector organisations.
- Bronwyn Hill CBE, permanent secretary of the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs until 2015, now non-executive board member at the Office for Nuclear Regulation.
- Jonathan Morgan, heads up regulation and government affairs practice at Saxton Bampfylde, and advises on board-level appointments across the private, public and not for profit sectors.
The event will be sponsored by Saxton Bampfylde, a global leadership search firm, who will participate on the panel.
